Trade Secret Theft and Intellectual Property

We are keenly aware that cases involving allegations of intellectual property crimes or unauthorized network access often require mastery of extraordinary technical complexity, such as proprietary source code, open source assets, security algorithms, and network architecture. One of our partners served as a founding member of the Computer Hacking and Intellectual Property (CHIP) Unit in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California, and handled many such cases as a federal prosecutor.

Our recent clients have included employees of small and large Silicon Valley companies who allegedly stole and/or unlawfully accessed confidential proprietary information or systems.
