Amy Craig is Counsel to Ramsey & Ehrlich LLP. Ms. Craig’s practice focuses on defending individuals in enforcement actions brought by the U.S. Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and other governmental authorities. Ms. Craig has represented individuals at all levels of the federal courts, in state actions, in grand jury investigations, and in administrative hearings. Her experience in complex business litigation includes antitrust and contract disputes, health care law, and challenges to government regulation and enforcement under a variety of laws.
Ms. Craig received her J.D. from Berkeley Law (Boalt Hall), where she won the Jamison Award for Scholarship and Advocacy and the McBaine Honors Moot Court Competition. She received her undergraduate degree from Boston College, graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
Prior to joining Ramsey & Ehrlich, Ms. Craig was a litigation associate at Ropes & Gray LLP where she regularly advised clients in investigations involving allegations of off-label promotion, financial fraud, and violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
Before attending law school, Ms. Craig was a Teach for America corps member in New Orleans, Louisiana and taught middle school in Oakland, California.
